The film is about our repairs and tests on Yaskawa Turret AC Motors UAJPEE and UAJPEE .
The following work will be performed on this engine, is in standard price included::
- Replacement of worn and defective parts such as bearings, connector plugs.
- Overhaul and testing of all levels e.g. smooth running, feedback to CNC, insulation measurement, heating up.
- The engine will be tested on the engine test system with an original drive for a prolonged period of time.
- Thorough cleaning: where required, the old paint will be removed and the relevant surface will be repainted.
Not included: Encoder, Brake Unit, broken or burned parts. Here you get a separately cost estimate.
The high quality work enables us to provide 12 months warranty for proper functioning.
