A few years ago, a machine manufacturer approached us regarding the repair of a Yaskawa HV-75AP4 Magnetic Contactor for Winding Selection. The customer faced a difficult situation: the original manufacturer had ceased supplying new devices, threatening to halt the functionality of machines successfully sold over decades. Without this crucial component, entire production lines risked standstill. Developing a new replacement posed significant risks and high costs.

Our engineers thoroughly inspected the defective component. It quickly became clear that component-level repair was impossible, as spare parts were no longer available. Our engineer, Mr. H. Ulrich, chose an innovative approach: instead of repairing the original component directly, he developed a new circuit board equipped with modern, sustainably available components. This ensured the ongoing capability to service and repair these devices for many years ahead.
