Our repair process is preventative and includes a series of steps to ensure high repair quality.

The Repair Process for Servo Modules Includes the Following Steps

• Preventive overhaul - replacement of all necessary defective and worn parts.
• Intensive cleaning.
• Comprehensive final and load tests at our test stands.
• Parameter matching or restoration of parameters.
• Completion of documentation and checklists.

For Okuma Servo and Spindle Drives, We Replace

• Electrolytic capacitors
• Large buffer capacitors
• Relays
• Current measurement modules
• Optocouplers

Additionally, we replace certain components that have proven to be particularly prone to failure over several repairs and are therefore replaced preventively based on our many years of experience.

To counteract shortages and obsolescence, we have process-oriented software solutions that monitor our inventory levels. We pre-order certain parts, and for series repairs, we even secure sufficient spare parts for one year to ensure that we always have a large stock available.

The test is carried out on a test stand that simulates processes as in a real machining plant.
